MOT

Worked from the waiting room of the VW garage for the morning. A change is as good as a rest.

I was having a nice time listening to all the goings-on of a VW waiting room, when one of the salespeople recognised another Waiter and proceeded to have a one-hour catch-up with them right behind me. I lasted about 15 minutes before giving up and putting my headphones on, and catching up with Aesop Rock instead.

Car passed its MOT, but I need new front brake discs and pads. Not ideal; could be worse. Also could do with a new timing belt. Cars 🙄
