Between work, and the sun setting at 3pm, I haven't been super motivated to take a lot of pictures the last couple of weeks. And I certainly haven't been motivated to yell them into the void.

Full disclosure: the only thing I don't love about living by the sea is being scared that I'll destroy my camera getting a photo that wasn't worth it. I love the good weather, and the bad weather.

It hardly ever snows. It was pathetic when you consider how much other places in England got.

It's been another week of it. My back and hip and knee are getting better so slowly, it's depressing. I basically can't sit down, which is annoying. Made some good things, and had some ideas for some other nice things. And rage-bought a new watch because I'm an idiot. If you're looking for some consultancy work for your website/project strategy, help me finance my poor impulse control.

I got the iPhone 13 Pro. So far, most noticeable improvements are the screen and the camera. The animation is so smooth it's really starting to feel like the things on the screen are real physical things that you can touch. I don't have much to compare because I only use Apple stuff but I love their screens. Everything looks great on them. The stills from the camera are excellent as well. I feel like it's a noticeable improvement from the 12 Pro, which is the first time I've noticed that.

You're not always going to come back from a walk with an SD card full of winners, but sometimes you're just out for an hour and the light is golden, and you're looking at everything and framing it and everything looks beautiful and the photos you come home with don't really matter.

There's a family of lovely foxes at Charlotte's allotment. I've always wanted to take pictures of a fox from a reasonable distance. This was a real treat for me.

Managed to get out in between rain showers and go for a couple of walks by the sea.

I have taken a lot of photos over the last few weeks but I can't always be bothered to post them. They go on Instagram so I can get that sweet, sweet attention, but I get no attention here so it always gets neglected.

A sleepy dog, some old video games, and a walk around some new routes right next to some old routes.

I've been so bad at this recently. We walk the same laps around the village every day, and see the same things, take the same pictures, and I'm just bored. I'm bored of everything and I don't know how to fix it.

The things I want to change stay the same. The things I want to keep move further away.

I can't tell you how many times I've looked at this view, and I still see something different.

Sea was wild today. And then it rained forever and we watched movies and ate curry and I had caffeine too late and now I'm wide awake at 1am.

Walked the dog again this morning, but brought my camera because last time there was tonnes of wildlife around

Took Sudo on our slightly-longer-but-still-short route this morning. Feel bad for him not getting the walks he normally does but he just sleeps most of the day so I don't think he's miserable.

The ferns at the office don't do well in this heat, so I combined my morning cycle with a plant-watering expedition

We got ants in the house and it was going to take a week for Amazon to deliver Nippon. Fortunately, our local hardware place stocks it.

Got woken up by a full hard disk at 4am today so when that was sorted I went to take the dog for a walk.
